I am doing research on my family history. I have been working on my project for the last 17 years. A lot of unanswered questions bring me back to the Virgin Islands. There are Battiste's there I know, mostly at the University. Does anyone know of a familial link with the Battiste's of the VI and those in the US or any history of the aforementioned? Thank you.
