I am researching William Frank Higsbee/Higbee who was married to Mary Higsbee/Higbee. They lived on Road Town
Tortola. They had a daughter named Hannah Ann Higsbee who married a missionary Robert Hawkins. If you
have any information in regards to them or how to obtain a copy of his will that was probated in 1810 and 1830
I would be most greaftul. By finding a copy of this will, it will prove or disprove that he is a brother to my 4 Great Grandfather.
There is mention of him in Hamilton Matthew Higdays Book, "Family Trails Across America"
