Gerald D. Humphrys - 1898 arrival in Grenada

Desperately looking for information on Gerald Davis Humphreys and his wife, Florence Snell. They travelled to Grenada in 1898 with their 8 yr. old son. THe ship carrying them was, I think, the Savan.

Any one? I have mailed a request, and an email to the museum/archives in Grenada .. no answer.
Can anyone help? Was there a 1870 or 1871 census taken?
