I have noticed a region called Glen Shira in Scotland. As you can see this is my name. I have been trying to find my Shira ancestors but have not been to successful. Is the region Glen Shira named after a family? I know that the word Glen is a valley. I would appreciate any info you may give me. Thank you very much
