My father (deceased) was Colin Kelsey Peter. His Father was Frank Peter, born in Castries., who died at the age of 38. I have a copy of a marriage certificate dated 1872 for the marriage in Castries of Frank James Peter and Eleonora Richard. The father's name is given as Francis Peter - Merchant. I believe that Frank Alexander Peter was my fathers' father. Since he died when my father was young ( my father was born in 1914), the dates sound about right.
