Anyone know his parentage? Lived in St. Andrew, Grenada. Land property owned included Gleble, including the church at Marquis; parts of La Digue Estate. Spouse unknown; children were David Francis Philip, Justina Vincent, Adriana Vincent, Amelia Jackson, and Amanda Philip.
