PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given, that on THURSDAY, THE THIRTEENTH DAY OF APRIL, 1882, on the hour of one o’ Clock, in the afternoon, there will be put up for Sale, by Public Outcry…..the doors of the Town Hall, in the Borough of San Fernando, the following underleased Properties, situate in the Borough of San Fernando, unless the amount of House ……… Rate payable in respect of each Property respectively in arrear for the year 1880, plus the additional sum of ten per cent be paid to the Town Clerk and Treasurer before such sale, viz:
